How to take your measurements: Take your measurements with your cloths on. Do not try to measure yourself. Use a fabric tape measure. Pick the largest of the three measurements to choose dress size. Bust: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline Hips: Place your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Return Policy
We at First Lady Prom know it is difficult buying a dress online, this is why we offer a 2 day return policy on gowns purchased that are in stock. If you do return the dress for a refund you will be charged a 35% restocking fee of the price of the dress minus shipping and handling. You have 2 days from the day the package is received to return it. You must contact us for a return authorization number and package must be postmarked no later than 2 days from receiving the dress. No package will be accepted after the 2 day period and without an RA number and will be sent back.
Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable.
Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock. Dresses on sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We are not responsible for gowns after they have been shipped.
Items are sold as is and without warranty.
Please note that some dresses may need alterations depending on the customers body type and these can be done wherever you choose and are not included in the price.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read care labels and cleaning information. We are not liable for any damage to gowns as a result of care. Due to the delicate fabric of some gowns they may not be able to be cleaned.
Shipping outside the U.S.A. International rates apply based upon weight.
Customer is responsible for any taxes or custom duties payable in his/her own country when your dress arrives
Due to high sales volume during prom season is difficult to ensure every prom gown in every size and color is available in stock. If you place an order for a gown that is not in our inventory we will refund your money immediately so you can choose an alternative gown. Please allow 7-12 days for delivery of your gown. In some cases it may be longer. If this is the case we will contact you immediately
If you are unsure of your size please review the size charts for each company and determine the correct size.
If your measurements fall in between size go with the larger size.
Purchaser represents they are of legal age to purchase or have parent’s permission to purchase and use credit card.
We are not responsible in variations in dye lot.
Colors can very on every computer screen and we can not guarantee an exact match from computer screen to actual gown.
